메모와 로그의 내용, 태그, 첨부 사진과 스티커 배치는 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 스틱온은 이 내용을 자동 재부착 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 자체 계정 기반 클라우드 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. iOS 백업과 사용자가 선택한 내보내기는 해당 시스템 설정에 따릅니다.

선택하거나 촬영해 첨부한 사진은 앱 저장 공간에 복사됩니다. 사진 앱에서 원본을 지워도 이미 첨부한 사진이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 무료 한도를 넘거나 구독이 끝나도 기존 기록은 삭제하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 후 복구는 보장하지 않으므로 필요한 기록은 미리 내보내거나 기기를 백업해 주세요.

결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 스틱온은 카드 번호나 결제 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. Apple이 검증한 구매 정보로 Plus 구독과 개별 스티커 팩의 이용 권한을 확인합니다.

자동 재부착이 활성화되면 무작위 설치 식별자와 인증키 해시, Apple 푸시 시작 토큰, 구독 원거래 식별자·만료 시각·거래 환경, 현재 실시간 활동 식별자·시작 시각·예약 상태·갱신 시각을 서버에서 처리합니다. 요청 인증, 현재 구독 확인, 해당 기기의 카드 교체와 중복 요청 방지에 필요한 정보입니다.

Apple의 서명된 거래 증빙은 검증에 사용하지만 DB에 원문을 저장하지 않습니다. 메모 ID, 메모·로그 본문과 사진은 이 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 서버 애플리케이션은 인증키, 푸시 토큰, 거래 증빙과 기록 본문을 로그에 남기지 않습니다.

마이에서 자동 재부착을 끌 수 있습니다. 중지 요청이 서버에 도착하면 푸시 토큰, 구독 원거래 정보와 활동 정보를 지웁니다. 늦게 도착한 이전 요청으로 기능이 다시 켜지는 것을 막기 위한 최소 중지 식별 정보는 7일이 지난 뒤 정리 작업에서 삭제합니다. 마지막 갱신 후 35일이 지난 등록도 정리합니다. 네트워크가 끊겨 있으면 중지 전달과 정리가 지연될 수 있습니다.

Apple은 구매·구독 검증과 푸시 전달을 처리합니다. Vercel은 API·예약 작업을 실행하고 Supabase는 재부착 등록 DB를 보관합니다. Vercel API 실행 지역은 미국 동부 iad1, Supabase DB 지역은 미국 동부 us-east-1입니다. 자동 재부착 요청 시 암호화된 네트워크 연결로 위 정보가 전달됩니다.

Vercel 등 인프라 공급자는 보안과 장애 대응을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 응답 상태 같은 기술 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 현재 Vercel 실행 로그의 조회·보관 기간은 1일이며, 스틱온은 외부 로그 전송 연결을 사용하지 않습니다. 공급자가 서비스 보안과 법적 의무 이행을 위해 별도로 처리하는 로그에는 해당 공급자의 처리·보관 정책이 적용됩니다. 광고 추적이나 데이터 판매를 위해 재부착 정보를 이용하지 않습니다.

자동 재부착을 끄면 이 기능에 필요한 새 등록을 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 원격 자동 재부착을 사용할 수 없으며, 기존 등록은 위 중지·보관 절차를 따릅니다. 무료 메모·로그 작성은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

스틱온은 광고를 통한 앱 설치와 이용 성과를 측정하기 위해 Kakao Corp.의 광고 측정 SDK를 사용합니다. iOS의 앱 추적 권한을 허용한 경우에만 SDK를 활성화합니다. 거부하거나 권한이 제한된 경우에도 메모, 로그, 사진, 위젯과 구매 기능은 동일하게 사용할 수 있습니다.

활성화된 SDK는 기기의 광고 식별자(IDFA), 앱 설치·실행 및 앱 내 구매 이벤트, 기기·운영체제 정보, 광고 및 성능 관련 정보를 카카오에 자동 전송할 수 있습니다. 네트워크 전송에는 IP 주소 같은 접속 정보도 수반됩니다. 스틱온은 메모·로그 내용, 태그, 사진, 스티커 배치나 사용자 프로필을 이 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다. 자동 재부착용 인증키·푸시 토큰도 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다.

이 정보는 스틱온 광고의 효과 분석과 카카오의 광고 서비스에 사용되며, 광고 성과 측정이나 맞춤형 광고를 위해 다른 서비스의 정보와 연결될 수 있습니다. 스틱온은 광고 보고서를 확인하며 광고 이벤트 원문을 자체 재부착 DB에 저장하지 않습니다. SDK 전송 대상 도메인은 bc.ad.daum.net입니다.

카카오의 처리·보관 및 삭제 기준은 카카오 맞춤형 광고 안내를 따릅니다. 이 안내는 이용자 식별자를 확인할 수 없는 기기 기반 행태정보에 최대 1년 보관 후 파기 또는 분리 보관을, 이용자 식별자 기반 정보에 목적 달성 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 삭제 기준을 설명합니다. 모든 SDK 정보가 같은 기간에 자동 삭제된다고 보장하지 않습니다.

iPhone의 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → 스틱온에서 언제든 추적 허용을 끌 수 있습니다. 스틱온은 이후 SDK를 새로 활성화하지 않습니다. 이미 전송된 정보의 처리 중지·삭제 요청과 추가 광고 제어 방법은 위 카카오 안내 또는 아래 개인정보 문의 창구를 이용해 주세요. 추적을 끄더라도 구매 확인과 자동 재부착에 필요한 별도 처리는 각 기능 설정에 따라 계속됩니다.

카메라는 요청한 촬영에, 사진 선택은 고른 사진 첨부에, 알림은 앱에서 선택한 알림 기능에 사용합니다. 실시간 활동 권한은 잠금 화면과 다이나믹 아일랜드 표시를 위해 사용합니다. 권한은 iPhone 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

Note and Log text, tags, attached photos and sticker layouts are stored on your device. Stickon does not send this content to its reattachment server. Stickon does not provide account-based cloud sync. Device backups and exports you choose follow the relevant system settings.

Selected or captured photos are copied into app storage. Deleting an original from Photos does not automatically delete its attached copy. Existing records are not deleted because a Free limit is exceeded or a subscription ends. Recovery after deleting the app is not guaranteed; export important text or back up your device.

Apple handles payment. Stickon does not receive payment card numbers or payment passwords. Apple-verified purchase information determines access to Plus and individually purchased sticker packs.

When automatic reattachment is enabled, the server processes a random installation identifier and authentication-key hash, an Apple push-to-start token, the subscription original transaction identifier, expiry time and purchase environment, and the current Live Activity identifier, start time, scheduling state and update time. These support request authentication, subscription verification, card replacement and duplicate prevention.

Signed Apple transaction evidence is used for verification but its original form is not stored in the database. Note identifiers, note or Log text and photos are not sent to this server. Application logs exclude authentication keys, push tokens, transaction evidence and record content.

You can turn off automatic reattachment in Me. Once the server receives a stop request, it clears the push token, subscription original transaction information and activity information. Minimal stop identifiers prevent late requests from reactivating the service and are removed by cleanup after 7 days. Registrations not refreshed for 35 days are also cleaned up. Network outages can delay delivery and cleanup.

Apple provides purchase verification and push delivery. Vercel runs the API and scheduled jobs; Supabase stores reattachment registrations. The API runs in the US East iad1 region and the database is in the US East us-east-1 region. Reattachment requests transfer the above information over encrypted network connections.

Infrastructure providers may process technical connection data such as IP addresses, request times and response status for security and troubleshooting. Vercel runtime logs currently have a one-day retention window. Stickon has no external Vercel log drains configured. Separate provider logs processed for infrastructure security and legal obligations follow the provider’s processing and retention terms. Reattachment information is not used for advertising tracking or data sales.

Turning the feature off stops new registrations for it. Remote automatic reattachment will then be unavailable; existing registrations follow the stop and retention procedure above. Free note and Log writing remain available.

Stickon uses Kakao Corp.’s advertising measurement SDK to measure app installs and use resulting from advertising. Stickon activates the SDK only when iOS tracking permission is authorized. Declining tracking or having restricted permission does not limit notes, Log, photos, widgets or purchases.

Once activated, the SDK may automatically send the device advertising identifier (IDFA), app install, launch and in-app purchase events, device and operating-system information, and advertising and performance data to Kakao. Network connections also involve technical information such as the IP address. Stickon does not pass note or Log contents, tags, photos, sticker layouts or user profiles to this SDK. Reattachment authentication keys and push tokens are not passed to it either.

The information supports analysis of Stickon advertising and Kakao’s advertising services, and may be linked with information from other services for advertising measurement or personalized advertising. Stickon views advertising reports and does not store raw advertising events in its reattachment database. The SDK’s transmission domain is bc.ad.daum.net.

Kakao’s processing, retention and deletion rules are described in its Personalized Advertising Guide. It describes up to one year followed by destruction or separate storage for device-based behavioral data where a user identifier cannot be confirmed, and deletion after the purpose is fulfilled or account withdrawal for user-identifier-based information. A single automatic deletion period is not guaranteed for all SDK data.

You can withdraw tracking permission at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Stickon. Stickon then stops new SDK activation calls. For processing restriction or deletion of information already transmitted and additional advertising controls, use Kakao’s guide or the privacy contact below. Separate processing needed for purchase verification and automatic reattachment continues according to those features’ settings.

Camera access supports photos you choose to take; photo selection supports attachments you choose. Notifications and Live Activities support the corresponding features. You can manage permissions in iPhone Settings.
