자동 재부착은 어디에서 설정하나요?
Plus 이용 중 마이에서 켜고 끌 수 있습니다. 실시간 활동 권한과 네트워크가 필요하며 iOS 상태에 따라 재표시가 늦어지거나 제한될 수 있습니다.
사진이나 내용이 서버에 올라가나요?
자동 재부착 서버에는 메모·로그 내용과 사진을 보내지 않습니다. 푸시 전달과 구독 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 처리합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
원본 사진을 지우면 첨부 사진도 지워지나요?
이미 첨부한 사진은 앱에 복사되어 있어 자동 삭제되지 않습니다.
스티커를 샀는데 Plus도 필요한가요?
개별 구매한 팩은 Plus 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. Plus 구독 중에는 모든 유료 팩을 사용할 수 있습니다.
구매가 반영되지 않아요.
구매한 Apple 계정을 확인하고 마이에서 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 해결되지 않으면 지원 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 비밀번호나 카드 정보는 보내지 마세요.
기록은 내보낼 수 있나요?
마이의 데이터 관리에서 메모 또는 로그 전체 텍스트를 TXT로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 사진과 스티커는 포함하지 않습니다.
위젯은 어디에 추가하나요?
iPhone 홈 화면 또는 잠금 화면 편집에서 스틱온 위젯을 추가할 수 있습니다.

How many notes appear on the Lock Screen?
Free supports 1; Plus supports up to 2. Plus can combine both notes in one card or use separate cards. iOS controls how separate cards stack and expand.
Are older records deleted on Free?
The active note list supports 3 notes. The latest 10 past notes are visible, while older records remain stored. Plus can show all past notes.
Is Log writing limited?
No. Log writing is unlimited on Free too.
My note is missing from the Lock Screen.
Check Stickon Live Activities permission in iPhone Settings and reopen the app. iOS or device conditions may end an activity.
Where can I configure automatic reattachment?
While subscribed to Plus, use Me to turn it on or off. It requires Live Activities permission and a network connection; iOS conditions may delay or limit redisplay.
Are my text and photos uploaded?
Note and Log content and photos are not sent to the reattachment server. It processes minimum connection and subscription information; see the privacy policy.
Does deleting the original photo remove an attachment?
No. An attached copy is stored by the app.
Do I need Plus after buying a pack?
Individually purchased packs work without Plus. Plus includes every paid pack while subscribed.
My purchase access is missing.
Check that you use the purchasing Apple account and select Restore Purchases in Me. Contact support if it persists. Never send passwords or card details.
Can I export my records?
Use Data Management in Me to export all note or Log text as TXT. Photos and stickers are excluded.
Where can I add widgets?
Add Stickon widgets through iPhone Home Screen or Lock Screen editing.
